Building Design and Construction Standards#
Operations Services' Building Design and Construction Standards were prepared by the Facility Services Department to assist and guide Architects & Engineers (A&E) in the preparation of designs and contract documents for projects administered by the department. The A&Es shall try to conform to the Standards as applicable to the specific project. This manual includes minimum criteria for specific materials and equipment.
This document was revised October 2013. It you require the previous version to complete a project that is already in progress, please contact your Project Manager so they can provide a copy to you.
