Terms and Conditions
The standard 'Terms and Conditions' document is applicable to all City of Fort Collins Bids. Individual bids will specify when the awarded vendor must comply with 'Insurance Requirements'. A Bidder's signature on the bid proposal signifies that the Bidder is familiar with and will comply with the requirements of these documents. The City of Fort Collins shall not be responsible for a vendor's failure to comply with the requirements of the Standard Documents.
