A lower fixed interest rate with financing up to 20 years and an easy-to-qualify loan application highlight the updates to Fort Collins Utilities' Home Efficiency Loan Program.The program allows Utilities’ residential customers to finance solar, energy efficiency and water conservation upgrades to their home with a no-money-down loan. Loans are conveniently repaid on the customer’s monthly utility bill.
Program highlights:
• 2.5 percent fixed interest rate
• financing available up to 20 years
• minimum credit score of 640, regardless of employment
• no money down, borrow up to 100 percent for qualifying projects
