Wildscaping: Beyond the Basics will teach you how to improve your yard’s livability, diversity and beauty. Plant biologist and author Susan Tweit and horticulturist and author Lauren Springer Ogden will present, 7-9 p.m., Wednesday, April 8, Fort Collins Senior Center, Prairie Sage Rooms 1& 2, 1200 Raintree Drive.Tweit will share design ideas for creating habitat for songbirds, pollinators and other wildlife. Springer Ogden will showcase some of the best plants to attract and support wildlife that also add beauty to the garden. Find out how early-flowering and late-blooming plants provide food and shelter for birds and pollinators all year long.
